    Dried out Water-based glue

I can dissolve this in water right? Will it help if the water's hot?
Such a shame. It's real expensive for a small amount only for it to dry out

it depends on the brand of glue.
Mine needs a solution of amonia to thin it.

Sometimes ammonia does not work depending on the glue and how dry the glue is.
