did globe produce a new version of 999 national with black sponge and red sponge?. pingpongonline.com sells it ...

is it legit?

and also I've seen lately stiga clipper cc blades with "made in swefden" on them instead of the normal "made in sweden" so if I ordered from pingpongonline.com and it had the swefden on it should I be worried, it is not just the swefden thing. I've also saw a clipper cc with a shallow/unclear E. the letter E consists of 3 parts but the last part from the underside of letter E in that clipper cc was shallow/unclear but it was their but hard to see. so what was that?.

The swefden Stiga blade is most likely a fake.

I’m completely ignorant when it comes to this rubber, but I doubt Stiga would miss such a blatant error in their QC.
Maybe you can email them and ask.

There is no national Globe 999 rubber. The official rubbers issued by DHS for 2021 are 555, 666 and 888.

so anyways stiga replied before 2 days or something like that, they didn't comment on the SWEFDEN thing but no problem because i asked a more important question about pingpongonline.com and topcoms because i wanted to buy from them and i did yesterday they are great to deal with (the SWEFDEN blade was not from pingpongonline or topcoms its just a picture i found it in a table tennis forum).

the reply:

Dear Sir

Thanks for your e-mail.

Yes, Topscom is the STIGA distributor in the Philippines. You can trust 100% on the STIGA equipment they sell that it is legit.

Good luck and best regards, and thanks for choosing STIGA.

Best regards

I take that as a confirmation that it was indeed a fake.
To spell the name of your country wrong and release it on a commercial product... naaah

well, countries have been known to release postage stamps that had horrible mistakes on them .........making them stamp collectors
favorites.
Maybe we should buy one of those stiga blades , they might become worth their weight in gold in the future 😁
