I see these 2 names come up a lot on Aliexpress. Are these real table tennis companies? or just random factories? Has anybody tried their rackets and how are they?
What are Stuor and Lemuria?

these days, when even companies like Butterfly (just to mention 1 of the big ones) have some of their goods manufactured in China and
European companies are doing the same, it is impossible to say what and where the origin of a blade is.
The above mentioned companies are known to sell clones and/or copies of well known manufacturers products.
I have seen some of the products that """Look """ as well manufactured as the originals B U T i have also seen some that look like complete crap. 😁
Often, when looking for a cloned item one can find better ones at a better price too and some are of excellent quality.
think of big Chinese factories that might make several thousand of 1 specific item. Buyers then buy a few hundred units
from the manufacturer choosing from different graded quality. Once anyone buys a certain amount, this stock can be individualized with different
handles, different printings, different plastic inserts etc. etc..
It is a Jungle out there
Most of the time when we spend top money on a top brand we get a guarantee of top quality product.
Sometimes though even these top quality product are known to de-laminate and fall apart 😆

Are they actually trying to clone the butterfly composition? Weight, wood type, thickness? Or they just make a racket to only cosmetically look like the butterfly?

that is not easy to answer. It is probably a bit of both.
If you are lucky you can actually end up with a clone that has been nicely made, the wood combo and the fibers can be same or similar and
the blade will play just about un-distinguishable from the real thing. for about 1 / 10 of the price.

Is it actually arylate carbon weave? Or just a standard black carbon? Is it inner carbon?
How is it different? A lot slower?

ALC or carbokevlar . pretty much a rip off of the BTF innerlayer.
Some come with limba outer and some with Koto.
In this case the Stuor Ma Long 5 is typical to what i said before : you can get a better made version cheaper somewhere else on Ali

I got a BTY Revoldia last year. The blade played fine, and quality was OK, but i can't tell you If it was as the original,since I haven't tried it
I also got once a "Viscarla" clone that played absolutely identicaly to the legit. Even our domestic pro didn't realize it was a clone indeed

end of the day it's a sheet of several wood layers cut out into racket head shape.
unless it's something extreme like those old 70s model meteor bats with the entire top layer gone towards the top half of the bat or something the quality isn't gonna be as horrible as people make it out to be. Hell even those top layer gone Meteor bats are surprisingly consistent in striking because somehow they managed to keep the entire blade the same thickness even with the layers having inconsistent thicknesses.
I own one those "Boer" blades and despite the strong paint odor the first few days and the print job coming off after the first peel, the blade plays fine. idk what "imitation carbon" is supposed to be but something this thing works. Woodier feel but preferable to the extremely muted, no feeling Tamca carbon blades I own.

The XVT HL5 clone looks pretty good. But it says Kevlar Carbon. Isnt it supposed to be ALC?

You should get one and tell us how it is. I also ordered a Zhang Jike ZLC fake for $20 just to see how it is.
