- It is the responsibility of the suppliers to keep their brands on the LARC by paying the fees and maintaining the original properties of the racket covering as authorised, without alterations.
Yes, many of Chinese rubbers are now reported to differ in tackiness, elasticity, etc. from an original sample as having been approved by ITTF, in defiance to ITTF laws. Chinese did never respect those T4 restrictions, marketing illegal derivatives a lot. . This is the reason that ITTF going now to have some serious revision on the T4 document so as to discourage manufacturers from the liberties in marketing sandwich rubbers. They going to effect many new regulations and restrictions as to the sandwich rubbers. T4 revision is now underway.
