Is it legal to leave space about 1/2 cm between a handle and a rubber
I mean a space when the handle ends and it’S startong rubber on forehand on penhold blade?

the new website here makes it tricky to upload pictures, i always struggle. Re legality, I agree. Lots of pen-hold players do this to get a better grip

We do not GUESS with rules and hte LAWS of TT.

Fortunately, the rules state that the rubber can be placed with this gap and the gap is a "non-striking area" of the blade and the Laws of TT provide for this..

2.4.4 The covering material shall extend up to but not beyond the limits of the blade,
except that the part nearest the handle and gripped by the fingers may be left
uncovered or covered with any material.

You see this all the time with C-Pen and J-Pen.

Shakehand players RARELY if NEVER will leave a gap from the handle, but what the heck, SOMEONE has gotta do it...
