    Return Board Practice

Please share your valuable opinion on my return board forehand topspin practice.
Is it really helpful? Please give your reaction on FB so that I can get a little more motivation to do this.
    Thanks

Your forehand topspin looks just great. Judging on my own experience I would suggest you try changing the distance from the table after every shot you do.(one close, one middle, one far) Change the inclination of the board, change the distance of the board. Alternate FH and BH, 2FH/1BH....and so on. Endless possibilities to practice ......and YES the return board is very helpful if you haven't noticed yet

Looks awesome. Your movement is fluid and natural. No further comment required. Keep it up.
