Is there a massive difference between Euro and Jap Korbels? If so what apart from build quality?

The reason I ask is I have an old Primorac, probably 10/15yrs old (not sure when they came out but it’s a black tag one) that I switch to, now and again, for practice and if I feel I need to work on technique a bit. But as it’s quite old and a little battered I want to retire it and hold onto it before it’s totally smashed in the hope that my son can use it one day if he takes up the sport - as it was one of my first proper bats. Anyway I thought a korbel might be a nice step down from the TBS - unless there’s other suggestions?

Japan is definitely more quality blade.. I just bought EU Primorac because I broke my Japanese Primorac and the difference is quite big. The biggest difference I see is the vibration, feel and sound - Euro version sounds almost like a metal or glass.. Very dull sound and feeling. Also vibrations are insanely strong... I would definitely go for JP version next time..
