Hi!

I am an amateur that just got a table. My grandpa used to play in his youth and he gave me his old STIGA Hans Alsér B47 offensive wood. I saw on this website these things can be worth some money when in good condition, which it is. I'm not directly intend on selling the bat he just gave me but would like to be aware of its worth before I start using it; I break stuff easily.

So my questions, if anyone could be bothered to help me out:

- What would it be worth?
- Is it still playable or are new bats way better? Would the old wood break easily?
- It still has the original rubbers, which is totally dried up and feels quite useless, would I be a savage for replacing it?

Hope you can help out.

all the best from the Netherlands.

Don't use it. Either keep it or sell it.

These were made in the original Stiga factory that has since been turned into a hotel.
