    Jpen backside color rule

Hi, is still current the red and black rule with Jpen blades after the new color's changes in rubbers by the ITTF laws? Is it possible to play with a bare wood but just using the forehand side with a valid rubber right now?

Thanks for your help Igor, so it is mandatory to paint my backside with black paint if I play with a red rubber on the forehand side, isn't it?
