I made this short video for a guy I coach remotely. The second part could interest beginners and intermediates that feel their feet are rooted to the ground. The exercise I recommend has really helped myself and the people I coach get light on our feet.. Feel free to add any comments or feedback. I do not think my demo was that great though.
