I wonder if ZYL is retired (or forced to retire) from international play. She's technically ranked one spot higher than LSW, but LSW was chosen instead of her to attend the Singapore Smash.

Laat I read about ZYL was her struggling with disease; I’ve seen no news since.

What made the organizers of these events finally come to understanding and have a change of heart and give people the corner camera angle? I'm really surprised. I've just watched one of the matches and the angle is really perfect now. I just wonder what made them come to this realization after such a long time of people complaining in the comments for such a long time, after almost two years and only change it now to what people want.

It definitely gives you a better impression as if you were actually there, only wish the quality was better. But I also hope they'll never come back to the awful side angle.

Why is Shidong in the main draw? Did he substitute for Dima?

It's a bit strange, but as host nation, Singapore is allowed up to 10 additional wildcards per gender. Not sure how LSD was chosen for main draw, but I guess that's what they've decided. See the tail end of this article for the wildcard spots: https://circle.myactivesg.com/storie...mash?hsLang=en

It would be soooooooo soooooo cool, if the type of equipment is also included in the user profile in the WTT website.

It would be every EJ's dream.
