I still have a DHS blade which I started with back in 22 years ago. You do have to varnish it now
with the water based glue to make sure it last.

I see. That is what has been questioning me.
But unfortunately I still have no idea.
outer alc with koto as top veneer VS inner alc with Lima as top veneer.

Koto is harder than Lima, does that mean koto is more durable and could possibly absorb less moisture than Lima both being at the same conditions?

but outer alc blades are usually thinner than inner alc blades again (like viscaria vs innerforce alc) :/
