The last 5 min plus of the vid is bonus footage of a famous J-Pen champion spotting 6 points to an amateur...

Ironing, the Korean TTA recently announced a new classification system and handicap system... now there will be a 4 point maximum handicap in Korean amateur TT.

First 3 minutes, the lady is excitedly talking about her upcoming tourney. She says she is Div 7 low level, she is better than that level though.

At 3:20, OSU was telling her that it is nice to hit hard, but try to use a loop stroke to make spin and get more safety with those hard hits.

At 4:15 OSU says that her swing is too forward and in front, so ball goes in net.

At 4:30 OSU continually says lift, lift...swing upwards

At 5:45 says do not rush

At 6:15, he keeps saying slow it down and spin.. but she keeps trying to pound it.

At 7:15 he says to stand and hit instead of doing it on the run (meaning get there and plant), saves energy

At 8:00 he reminds her again to do more lifting in the stroke and stop pounding it.

At 8:45 he says get down make spin

At 9:30 he said bat angle way too closed - open it up

11:00 the last one you closed bat again said same at 11:40

12:00 Swing upwards more

12:30 what do you want to train now? DEFENSE she said, so OSU loops to her, sometimes heavy.

12:48 your defensive strokes should be much shorter

14:25 you reached out too far, short stroke closer to body

15:25 ball is going out, you might want to hold bat and press down at impact on my heavy ones.

17: 30 GOOD FH hitting

18:05 you were late

19:35 dont try to hit the ball too soon way in front of you
