Try to avoid tossing the ball up and hitting it when it's dropping after reaching the top of the bounce.

Just drop it on the table and tap it while it is still on the rise.

The most advanced way is to grab several balls and hit them almost directly out the hand, before they touch the table. Look up some vids of the CNT members doing multiball.

Baby steps - not sure i can quite be aiming for the CNT coaches just yet :)

Very important is the feed needs to be realistic.
The tempo, the speed, the arc of the ball, the placement of the ball, all need to be realistic.

Is it a video of today, I fed underspin to any where on the table and the player had to FH top spin.

My tempo/speed/arc varies based on the condition of the player (ie, from pivot to wide fh, the feed will slow down a bit)
