So tomorrow I'm invited to a testing of "AI recording of you playing".
And from there, educational/coaching is available though the AI interface.

The info I have is very vague, so have to go and check it out.

It is backed by academia and research team.
Goal is to use AI to help those that don't have resources to coaching.

Included participants includes a player I know that beat Dima before (link here)
Hope to understand more and update here

okay, just got back.

Its a project that just got started.
invited a coach to be a technical consultant (one of my friends)
invited 2 players to be the model for big data collection.

Today is just the photo shoot and interview, its just the beginning of a long long journey.
The first phase is to collect big data and from there they will them make it into a coaching interface.
Not sure what the future product would be like, but just imagine some software that a player can use as a coach.
Not a software by a develop, but by both academia (university) and private corporations, and teaming up with high level coaches and players

So the 2 players invited are Lin YunJu's current practice partners.
The leftie travels with Lin and I have to say, Lin's recent 4 wins against lefties are in a way, also contributed by this youngster.

The right hander had wins against Dima, when he was ranked number 1 in the world.
So they are no mickey mouse.

Right uses D05/T05H, left uses H3BS/T05H, today they both took out a special LYJ limited (special edition) blade - not for sale.
Very nice blade!

Analysis games like osai ?

I'm not sure to what extend this project is, but it sounds more like coaching than analysis, but big data and analysis is required on the AI side.
I think it will give you corrections to your strokes, on how to do the shot correctly etc.
This part will require the brains to be.

Right now, they getting 2 high level players (1 left and 1 right handed) to clone.
And then working with the coach to work out the TT side of things.

Then I think the developers and academia brains will get together.

I'm also eager to see how far this goes.
If it goes beyond analysis, then coaches will be out of jobs one day haha
