Hi! I’m trying a new setup:
Rakza Z and Fastarc G1.
Both seem viable for fh and bh.
That said, I’m debating putting them on my Long V or JM SZLC or Clipper Cr Wrb.

Any thoughts?

I have Long 5X, i was using T80 with it in the past until it is dead rubber from both sides, then i ordered DHS H3 rubbers only for this time, one is Prov blue sponge and the other is just commercial normal H3 both NEO version, i didn't test it yet but hopefully soon, if i have to choose another rubbers i can choose Fastarc G1 as one of them, but not Rakza Z, i like Rakza 7 normal and soft, i also tried Rakza 9 on a defence blade but not much good, Rakza Z could be better on Clipper blade than defence slow one, but very fast blade i don't know.

I am testing many different cheap rubbers nowadays, for FH i prefer hard top sheet with average sponge, in fact i prefer sponge in 1.4-1.8mm for FH, for BH i can go with 2.0mm but not hard top sheet, but i want to give those H3 rubbers more test and try to see if i can adjust or suit my style somehow, and i want cheap rubbers, tired of buying BTY Tenergy many times.

Another options are Tibhar MX-P and FXP, i don't like MX-P as i tested two rubbers and both didn't like on different blades anyway, but i tested FX-P of others blade not mine and it was better, a coach using it and for his students in one club i visit, he uses Tibhar rubbers since years, so choosing FX-P means a lot if he is a good coach, i also heard Donic rubbers are good but didn't test them yet.

Rakza Z is better than G1 in short game. G1 is bouncier and faster than Z.

Speed: SZLC>Long V>Clipper
Flex: Clipper>Long V>SZLC
Looping (spin ceiling) Long V>Clipper>SZLC
Blocking SZLC=Clipper > Long V

It really depends on your game. Long V is for FH-oriented power looper. SZLC is for speed, hitting and blocking. Clipper is very well rounded.

Awesome, this is helpful and makes sense. Been trying on the long v and feels a bit too soft. I might try razaka z on both sides of the Jm szlc next.
