Impossible, speed and control are each other’s inverse. High speed low control and high control low speed.

Eh, sort of, but that is a bit too simple. Control is not simply a direct inverse relationship to speed, there are several other factors. Good dwell or feel, high amount of "gears", and good ratio of speed to spin can give you good or bad control even on a "speedy" setup.

If you have no budget constraint, I would choose Yasaka Sweden Extra. Perfect for beginners and intermediate players. Regarding rubbers, I would choose standard (non-tensor) rubbers. Probably Mark V or other classic rubbers.

Or you can choose Chinese made paddle and rubbers, but in this case, I can't give you any advice.
