Why do pro coaches like Ti Long, or WRM-Gucchy not play in national and international competition?

I don't know who either of them are ??? But maybe they prefer to coach rather than playing!!! I'm coaching my girlfriend and I'm really enjoying seeing her improve so much !!!! Can understand who coaching can be so rewarding!!!!!

Because they need to make a living. There is no money in national competitions and they are not good enough for international competitions.
