dhs h3 neo backhand hardness/thickness?

which hardness and thickness would be a good start to begin with on my backhand? maybe someone knows whats the sweetspot there for most players?

Most view DHS 37 as the sweet spot for backhand. medium hard sponge gives enough hardness for some offensive potential, but enough softness for forgiveness and ease of use.

Maybe 2.1mm is a good balance for you.

I was exactly at this point about 2 years ago and got a 37 Neo for my BH and a 39 commercial for my FH.

For me this was a "non-working " setup but it works fine the other way round , using Neo37 on FH

So many things come into the equation, like what blade one uses and the technique too.
