I think there is a way to boost Chinese rubber without tuner right? Is there a physical way of breaking in the sponge? Please show specific steps in order that I have to do.

No way to boost without booster

Break it in by playing with it

Chinese rubber in general is slow. On an allround blade will definitely be slow
