Hey.. Big Thanks to all! I am working on all these things.. find it difficult to concentrate on every aspect every ball.. But I am trying and hopefully will be better in a few weeks.

How is your progress going? How has your knee been feeling?

I feel a big difference. My receiving seems to have improved. Thanks to staying on the balls of my feet and keeping my weight forward. I feel quicker. Having trouble fixing the backhand esp. the stiff arm and bouncing up and down at the wrong time. I have kind of stopped bouncing and try to keep my eye at net level all the time now. So I get a better view. That will take another 8-10 sessions I think. I still need to work on watching the opponent's bat. In practice, it's good.. In games, my head is not as steady. But I am sure I will get it right soon.

Knee feels really good. I do those stretches after every session. I cycled 50km this morning in around 2 hours. So.. the knee feels awesome! And a li'l tired too.. ;-)
