I think we've seen some amazing matches and big surprises the last few days during the Olympic Singles event. But we're just halfway! The Olympic Team event already starts tomorrow. Once again similar to that of Beijing Olympics in 2008, China occupy the top seeded places for the Men's and Women's Team event. The seedings have been based on the most recent ITTF World Ranking List published by the International Table Tennis Federation on Wednesday 4th July 2o12.

Now we just try to predict about the runner-up team in the team event. I think German, Korea and Japan have the same opportunities and they all get into semi-final.

Only surprise of today was that Feng Tianwei lost to LI Qian .. I mean - who would expect that one?

well first was crisan, who is very very good vs boll- 14 wins v timo in bundesliga i think?
and persson is an old master of the sport, and today he had a very good match, and gave a masterclass- timo didnt do much wrong, he was just comprehensively outplayed.
he may pick up form, he may not...but that was certainly an emphatic way for jp to say goodbye to the olympics, thats for sure! :P

lol Gerell Par called a time out at 12:11 with Dimitrij Ovtcharov. And at the end of it Dimitrij started arguing to the umpire that the ball is broken. The swede's coach says: now you say the ball is broken, and the whole altercation starts that lasts at least for 3 minutes
