How to get on facebook and twitter in China?

Hi guys, I am just wondering if any of you know how to acsess facebook and twitter in China as I am going there this week for about a month and I wan to stay in touch and post updates when I'm there. Can anyone help??

I don't think you can...when the olympic squad went out there for the open earlier this year (not the harmony one) not even Darius was tweeting lol
