Diving - Something we'd all certainly associate with amazing World and Olympic medalist Tom Daley, or maybe even Liverpool's Luis Suarez but when we think about diving the sport of Table Tennis doesn't automatically spring to mind.....but that's all about to change because we are delighted to announce that London 2012 Paralympic sensation DAVID WETHERILL has been crowned winner of the 2012 best table tennis shot of the year for his simply unbelievable diving winner in his match with Germany's Thomasz Kusiak at London 2012.

The epic poll, which TableTennisDaily ran in the week leading up to New Years Eve, saw David scoop almost 30% of the 809 votes cast. A fantastic result against top competition.

Yeah it was neck and neck until the last 12 hours David's started to dominate. The two shots took over each other around 10 times Crazy!
