I have some problems with anger when I play table tennis, I usually smash my bat when I miss a shot, and I miss a lot, and that makes me really uncomfortable, but I want to change and I am here to ask what could I do, to get less angry from losing? Meditation, green tea?
Or is it because I don't get the right exercise before I play? Or it's because I play with Chen WeiXing Autograph blade (see what I did there?)?

An average Lithuanian haha.

I think that anger moments and table tennis are very recognizable for alot of players. People starting to shout, hit the bat on their body, look angry, playing more agressive, etc. A bit tension is maybe good to perform your best but if u think u have to much of it, this is my advice: try to look neutral(during game) why u make points and why u lose points, Take a rest period before you are going to play table tennis, swimming and running will also relax.
