Would this be a new trend and would it be an evolution of table tennis?
I think it's a funny project that needs attention.

Hmmm.. it works if you play like them, but imagine someone looping or smashing the ball hard to the walls. I don't really get the point to be honest. For fun maybe (I think it would kill the fun for players that actually play table tennis as a hobby) but for competetive play never.

It would be interesting to see if they would know how to play properly and play with normal paddles, not pieces of wood with some gum.
