I think it comes with flag, I bought already 2 times chinese shirt and always got the flag, but once I have removed it

I bought before and no problem.
I know some one from US who bought tons of shirt (20+) and also no problem.
I think maybe the Chinese holidays got something to do with this delay (1 Oct to 7 Oct).
Try contacting him and find out.
It is basically a one man business, so if he is on holiday, company is closed then.
If still no answer, I suggest you use a pay pal claim (if you paid already).
