I have met JimT from My TT, he is a Div 2 city player in Korean standard and is a nice dude. He is based around BOSTON, USA area and is seriously into all things TT.

Awesome thanks buddy, hopefully he can help us with all the Russian League information :) Some big signings this year in Russia!

Whats the difference between green and blue?Besides colour

I've heard that green tables are slower, but I am not sure about it.
Today everyone is using only blue tables, all big events are played on them. I don't know why but when I started playing blue tables were used for orange balls and we had some dark grey tables for white balls. Probably it was to see the ball better.

That's what people in my coutnry say. When we play on green tables everyone says ''Oh no, it's too slow''
Table colour is important because it provides good contrast between the floor, walls and background colours of playing area.
Blue colour was choosed to make tables better for television audience, primarly because of the reddish colour of the floor covering which is now used for all the top tournaments.
