Correct me if you must but if i remember correctly, I think Dan posted a picture of Yan An's equipment when he got to meet the stiga team and saw that his blade was custom made with a combination of the stiger clipper and rosewood combined.

yes Dan posted a pic of his blade, he plays an unique blade of Stiga, some mix between Rosewood and Clipper… but forehand hurricane 3 and backhand tenergy 05fx sounds right to me, maybe he changes the backhand sometimes like the other players…

Yan An use tenergy 05 in backhand.
I read an interview to Yan An father that said:
"Before the Chinese National Games, in order to strengthen his control over the ball, Yan An had his original 05 type rubber replaced by a 05FX type. It was actually conducive to his pitches but not ideal to his control. In the National Games, most of his errors were due to such reason. So after which, he decided to return to the original type. However, the change needed another adjustment."

I am not sure if he's still sponsored by Stiga, but it appears that DHS made a blade for him.
