Speed isn't the problem but spin (at least yet). Any time the ball takes some topspin the robot sends it off the table (same kind of trouble with underspin, probably).
The paddle doesn't seems to be all that good either... But that's the way to get better

I would like rubber sandwich one not hard rubber one as seen in video . It's better than old robots

That is absolutely fantastic piece of engineering. That guy had to combine a knowledge of control, mechanical and software engineering plus he looks as if he can play a good game of TT.
I feel very humble.

This is absolutely fantastic!!! It takes great deal of knowledge and skill to make something like this in a garage all alone. We don't know if a group of people was involved in this project but even in that case it is amazing. I expected much slower game with more mistakes before watching the clip.
