Speed glue is not allowed anymore.. so why would you settle for something that is not allowed and for the reason..so that you could save money? Come on.

by d way if u still wants it..... then yes... i have the solution....

have u ever seen the cycle tyre puncture glue- OMINI... in india... we use it as a speed glue..... and it works perfectly.... but it has the same cons which a normal speed glue have....

it expends and contracts the rubber... and due to its reactions.. the life of ur blade MAY reduce by 10-15% ....

      goood luck mate....!!

Anyone can use speed glue still. there are pros and cons.
cons weighs more than pros, so it is the users own discreation.
      - not suitable with tensor rubbers
      - not able to take part in tournament under the ITTF rules

If OP just want to play social, then he can use what ever equipment necessary, but baring in mind if people challenge you to ITTF rules social games, then it will be an illegal setup.
For example, people still play 21 point game, use hidden rules, use illegal rubbers, use speed glue, etc
