I really think both the experienced Taiwan's Chen Chien An and the new penholder on the block Hong Kong's Wong Chun Ting will do very well. Wong actually plays better modern penhold style than any of the Chinese national players except for Xu Xin and Wang Hao (not counting Ma Lin who is retired). Penhold is almost obsolete but with the RPB technique it does surprisingly well, even when there is like one penholder in the whole tournament. I think this is is partly because it's difficult to train with someone of that style

Hope to see Wong CT go all the way to the final. There are many Japanese on his way. Interesting to see how many he can beat. Have not seen him face a defender before. Yuto is a tough one so that could be crucial if they meet. Too bad Chen Chien An was out early by his team mate.

It is odd that Wong Chun Ting could defeat the Matsudairas, Kishikawa, and Takakiwa but not Morizono. But nevertheless it was a good fight from Wong as he was able to come back from 5-9 down in the 6th set.

I hope he takes the title! So we don't hear those 'screams' from Morizono....

Haha, I would like to see Paul win, he has just came back from a hip injury and is very hungry to win now when he plays. I think we would see a very good celebration from him :)
