I don't quite understand you

I said stamping of feet (making noise) does not means there is a succesful body weight transfer.
It is possible for both, but us amateur players must not assume that stamping the feet is doing body weight transfer.

How do i put lots of back spin on the ball with ZJK serve?

it's always either side with little under spin or empty spin ball *sigh*
