I'm a keen runner and run 50 + miles a week.
I also do 100 press ups every morning... 50 standard before my morning run and 50 tricep afterwards, also planks and bicycle crunches for my core and 20 kilo squats and lunges for my legs.
I'm interested to find out what workouts other TTD members do away from the game that also benefits their TT.

It has been a while since I've rock climbed myself... Worked my way up to a 5.10 before life got too busy. How about you?
