I'm not a user of Tenergy 05, or Moon Pro
However I can compare Moon to Moon Speed - not going to be any time soon though.

I received samples of Moon Speed at 38deg and 28deg, so the comparison might not be the same as a 36/32 Deg Tenergy.

I recall Tenergy people testing my 36deg/32deg moon samples a while ago as near Tenergy like

I have used moon pro and T64, if that helps.
Moon pro is firstly way more tacky, and as such needs a slightly different stroke (not as much as something like H3). Spin of moon pro is 80%-85% of T05. i could guess speed to be 80%-90%, depending on blade used.

The deal breaker for me was the DURABILITY. Even using the free film that comes with every sheet of moon, the performance begins to drop around 1.5 weeks. After a month to 2 months, it kind of flatlines. But this is all compared to tenergy, so it's all relative

For the price, i think this is excellent if you are trying to find that perfect set up.
