Ok, I get that he had to complain immediately, but I guess Gionis was saying that it didnt hit his shirt, otherwise they wouldnt be discussing for so long.
So why the point was given to Ovtcharov if the umpire didn't see it and it was his words against Gionis? Or am I missing something?

The point was given to Gionis but after that he played the serve from Ovtcharov in the net so it was 4:4 before and 5:5 after the situation.
