I thought both Samara and samsonov are finished. They are getting old and their last performances were not good. Samara proved that bh is very important and can change the score if you are sure of it. Feng tianwei while playing with han ying did not use bh topspin much, she just punhed the ball.
and samsonov wow so much experience, it looked like he know what his opponent going to do every time.
I am gapy with them.

It is not about the age of her. She is playing for a long time, she was one of the best female players in Europe. But due to injuries and german-chinese players she was struggling a lot with much lower ranked players. Last year she said it is her time, but she Lost many matches with much lower ranked players. If you saw her face she was really disappointed but now wow I am really impressed.

Very very good tournament!
I think it doesnt happen too often, that a 7th seed wins a tournament (if it is a non-chinese player, of course) ..
I am really happy for Samara, how many titles did she win?
And Vladi, well.. hell yeah!
I like Dima, but in this battle I was hoping Vladi can do it and he DID!!!
And huge DŽOOOO!!! celebrating the win..
If someone can read from lips, tell me - what was Vladi telling to Dima after match?
They both were smiling, really nice sportmanship, if a looser can smile with the winner after match, then what better you as an audience you can get from it?
They love to play!
And we love to watch :)
