I am a England table tennis player
I like to loop and flick first
I am forehand dominant
I am going to purchase a new racket soon
On the forehand I am going to use a hurricane 3 or hurricane 3 neo
I would like a flexy light off- blade
and a mid-hard backhand rubber
and Im not sure wether to do hurricane 3 or neo
does anyone have any reccomendations

Â

Backhand you could get AK47 Red sponge which is mid-hard. Yellow sponge is softer.Â

For blade, you could go with a Yinhe blade like W6 or Earth 3/4

Get a Stiga Allround Evolution real cheap, do the "Beast Mod" to the handle, and call it a day.

Use the remaining funds for multiple rounds of Chicken and Beerz.
What’s “the Beast Mod” ?

Hi,

Check-out the Tibhar Stratus Powerwood blade..

+1 For a Palio AK-47 Red .. The hardness is around 45° - 47°, and it's not too heavy .. However, it is quite fast. ..

Andro Rasanter 45, Yasaka Rakza 7 are other options for Medium-Hard rubbers

DHS Hurricane (3 Neo) are pretty capable rubbers...

I would use any of the above-mentioned Medium-Hard rubbers on the FH, and DHS Hurricane Neo 3 (38° - 40°) on my BH, on the Tibhar Stratus Powerwood blade..

Maybe you could read all 212 posts of the Stiga Allround Evolution "Beast Mod" thread where I bought a Stiga Allround Evolution for $40s USD, took off the handles, and filled the hollow handles and neck with hide glue reinforced with tiny nails to bring weight balance WAY lower and beef up the weight from 85 to 117 grams to make it feel and play GREAT. All+ to OFF- transformation with feel for ball.

Sounds like the worst mod ever, if you want to up the speed you should have lined the upper edge with led😁
