how do these two rubbers compare in terms of speed spin and throw angle? thinking about getting rakza x on my bh instead of rakza 7 2 mm but im not sure what thickness
One of my practice partners has Rakza X on his BH and Rakza 7 soft on his FH. He likes the Rakza 7 soft better. My impression is that the Rakza 7 soft isn't as fast as Rakaz X but that means in has a higher spin to speed ration.

Rakza X is faster whereas Rakza 7 is spinnier. I personally prefer R7, it's more controllable and I also find it to be more grippy. Throw angle is more or less the same, although I feel it's maybe slightly more on R7 which is easier to generate spin with.
I used to have a blade with Rakza X as forehand and 7 Soft as backhand. While I liked the X, I felt that the 7 Soft for backhand was a better fit because it gave me better control and sometimes spinner, which is what I look for in a backhand rubber
I have and used them both. R7 is easier to generate spin and it has a higher throw and softer feel, bouncier as well. The amount of spin is about the same. Should also mention that RX is more linear
