There are special rackets made for kids. Maybe you go to a table tennis shop to get one.

6 and a half years old.
she will be using tacky

Hi ... Check-out the Sanwei M8 .. This blade is specifically for kids.. It lightweight, and has a thin handle (for small hands) ... This blade is also available as a pre-made setup, with Sanwei T88-III rubbers, which is perfect for entry-level players & kids..

I’m done with Sanwei equipment!
I got a T88 when I just started, and it completely messed up my technique. I’d rather dish out some more money for H3

I'm not sure your table tennis beginner sister should have a H3 as her first rubber...? It's a bit hard to use for a beginner. Check out Globe 999 instead. It's quite tacky and light weight. I had a 40 hardness in 2.0mm, and the weight was 41 grams cut. The feeling is softer than H3.
