What is An Ace Serve in Table Tennis?

Letโ€™s start with the word โ€˜aceโ€™. An ace is when a player hits a serve, and the returner canโ€™t get it back into court and doesnโ€™t even get a racket on the ball. This means the server wins the point by just hitting their serve, done and dusted.

... the term of ace in racket games predates to World War One, so it is much more likely that it simply comes from gamblers' slang where the ace is so often an unbeatable card.

Meet Anders Lindt, the world's only one to dare a bombardic serve like this. In my own mind, the guy is explicitly endowed both with boldness and cerebral excellence as well. He took leadership over Chinese all. Cheers for Anders Lindt in loud voice, hurrah.๐Ÿ’–
