I ordered one sheet for trying it. I wouldnt make a thread but it will be quite a few weeks before i get it. I was sure it's european/japanese because i found information like anti-adhesive in description in an online shop but translating some japanese review it seems to say the opposite. Anyone tried it?

You already tried it? If so, can you make a review? And compare it to H3N or Battle ii?

Not ready for a real review.
I have Battle II on forehand (black) and Bloom in spin version on backhand (red). Both 45 hardness.
Packaging and overall look is great. Looked like some kind of premium product compared to battle II (Tight, solid , beautiful packaging and very clean sponge. Battle 2 was packaged like sh*t and sponge looked dirty.)
It is much less tacky than battle 2 (i can't lift up the ball. It grips the ball for a fraction of second). Catapult seems to be a little bigger in Bloom. Bloom spin is not affected by dirt as much as battle it.

I will give it couple of weeks but for now I think I will be back to palio ak47 on backhand if it will not 'click' for me on backhand during those weeks.

Thought Bloom spin could be a Hurricane-like, I would have used it on forehand, but by what you're saying, doesn't suit me also!

Today I received a sheet of bloom spin and bloom power. I will make a review after testing them. All i can say for now is they are factory tuned, unlike Battle 2 prov., and the packaging is much better as OP stated.

Ok, I withdraw my first statment, the rubbers are vacuum sealed but I'm not sure they are tuned. I glued the bloom power to the DHS 301 but couldn't play with it because it was soooo slow. So I'm boosting the rubber with 3 layers of seamoon and will try again on monday.

But i have a few remarks: the rubbers seem identical, both tacky enough to lift the ball, but no more than that. The sponge seems to be the same, the only difference is the color. I did notice the pimple structure is different, it is more dense on the bloom power.

This is my review of the Bloom Power (2.2mm, 45º). The rubber was boosted with 3 layers of seamoon, and glued to a DHS H301. I can compare it to the B2 prov. (2.1mm, 39º), which is the rubber i'm using now, but on all wood custom blade (similar to Korbel) so there are some differences there. Also, the B2 has a few training sessions, so is broken in.

The BP was tackyer out of the package but now they are about the same, just lifting the ball. Overall the rubbers are very similar, the BP feels a little harder and less bouncier than the B2, but that can be because of the blade. The BP produces lower and spinier serves, and the same can be said about the short game. Drives are slower with the BP but more controllable because the ball doesn't fly out in a straight line. Blocking is about the same for both, but the BP stops the ball a little more. The BP has lower throw, that can be good or bad depending on the person and situation. Slow spiny opening loops are easier with the B2, but if you really commit then the BP produces a very low and spiny shot.

Thank you for the review! I Think I'll stay with my 729-08! ;)
