A light Chinese rubber with a little catapult and decent spin

I am currently playing with 729 Dragon F. It’s perfectly OK, but a little heavy. I just composted a new racket.

Neottec Amagi carbon 83gram
FH nittaku H3 pro orange (really heavy)
BH 729 Dragon F.

The rackets total weight 192grams really top heavy. If I choose to continue with Amagi carbon and Nittaku H3 I need a lighter low arc uncatapylty BH rubber to offset the Nittaku. It has to be easy in the short game.

Any suggestions?

Cheers

Why not use DHS instead of Nittaku? Isn’t the Nittaku version much heavier? Also I know it’s not Chinese, but what about Hybrid MK for bh?
I am currently using H3, but I wanted something faster and I happened to have a sheet of Nittaku H3. It’s time to test. Before H3 I was using Tibhar Hybrid MK on FH. They are light? I forgot about this.

Thanks & Cheers

my racket total is less then 155.0g (dried condition) donic mercury max soft

I'm sure that big dipper weighs more so I'm not interested

Hi L-zr,

if you are looking for lighter options, I can recommend H3 Neo 37 (this is surprisingly good on FH too if you boost)
or the Nittaku H3 Neo Nr.8701. It has the same quality as H3 Neo Prov. version, but it is lighter than its counterpart. You can find the 8701 version on TT11

Never heard of a 8701 version, will check immediateltly..,

Edit:
Checked it, really interesting, could be a little hard. But if I like the pro turbo orange and buy one again, maybe I take chance on this one…

Thanks.

Cheers

I was also looking for low throw control rubber for my bh to replace my bluestorm z3 and @TensorBackhand reccommended me ak47 blue. It's light, soft, low throw and has good playing characteristics. Check it out.

I want it to be at least a little bit tacky.
But I will keep it in mind…

Actually Yinhe Moon 12 Blue or Green is the ones that comes to mind here. And you'll have some more gears with these as well. I've gone from Big Dipper 38deg to these Moon 12 Blue and Green, and I really like them. Only slightly tacky but really good grip. The softer, the more light weight of course.

Why wouldn't they just put G1 sponge under an H3 rubber. That I'd like to try
iirc this is essentially what the Nittaku Hurricane 3 Pro Turbo Orange is. A very hard G1-style sponge with Hurricane topsheet. I think if Hurricane topsheet had a normal hardness G1 sponge underneath it, it would be too soft for the topsheet for me
