Hello,
I started playing table tennis again after a long break.
I play with 2 backsides but I don't know how to topspin with my backhand.
In training, I can return the ball with a topspin after a topspin, but my topspins have little speed and almost no spin.
I can never do a topspin on backspin.
I can block and push relatively well though. I currently play with a Tibhar Patrick Chila blade and 2 Yinhe Moon Pro rubbers.
For my forehand, it suits me: I have a versatile game and I can attack the balls that need to be attacked.
I was wondering if in my case it wouldn't be interesting to go for a pimple to be able to slam the ball and keep the short game. But what type of pimple would allow me to be confident in returning serves and pushes as well as be able to block and hit with my backhand?
Or would you advise me to just change my backside?
Thank you.

I want to do topspin don’t change to pips. The timing is important for the wrist action, keep practicing and tou will get there…
