Hello everyone,
I’m looking for advice on transitioning from long pips on my backhand to a smooth (inverted) rubber. I currently play offensively, using topspins and aggressive strokes, but found my previous setup too slow for my style. Despite the speed issue, I enjoyed the technique and control of my topspins with the long pips.
Here's my current setup:
Blade: Yasaka Dynamix 17
Forehand: Joola rhyzhm tech
I’m seeking recommendations for a smooth rubber with:
Hard sponge for a firm and stable feel
Good control and moderate speed
Strong spin capability for offensive topspin play
Any tips on how to adjust my technique during the transition would also be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
in advance for your help!
