How much experience do you have with playing with short pips?
Also, what level of opponents do you play mostly against? Those would be the deciding factors if I had to choose.

Its better to move gradually to a faster setup than a huge step. And You don't need fast equipment to play fast. It is always better to make Your technique solid with slower equipment first.

oh ok, rn i have a quite a fast setup already (Palio 8603 and Meteor 845)

this setup is quite quick, as there is ti-carbon and thick sponge

It sounds like you're already used to a quick setup without much arc, then I think either rubber will do you just fine.
If you want to retain that linear feel of a stiff sponge, then go for the blue. Though it's definitely hard to find these days (discontinued for a few years now).
