In the US after a US football game, there are endless "experts" that provide breakdown of video of the game, focusing on strategy, execution, and overall performance. They usually select a set of plays that demonstrate a particular type of play, strategy, tactic, or skill.
I rarely see such in depth commentary on table tennis games, or at least have not found a good source of that. It'd be great to have an expert break down what was happening in some specific rallies, like, "That was a good short and low no spin serve to the forehand, that set up a strong attack to the opponent's backhand, initiating a BH to BH exchange. During that exchange, she varied the spin (one flat, one spinny) and then hit one a bit wider, enabling an opportunity for a good passing shot down the line". Breaking down points like that would be fascinating. Is there a good site or sites that offers such analysis after big tournaments?
Thanks.
