Ariex Hinoki blade composition and playing properties

Hi

I have decided to buy either the three ply hinoki Ariex Jaguar-Cheetah or the five ply hinoki Ariex Jaguar Leopard from here:

It is a Taiwanese company and web site that I translated to English by browser. I sent an email with questions (translated to Taiwanese by a web site) however did not receive a reply, hence my post here.

The 3-ply Jaguar-Cheetah is 6.8mm thickness. I am unsure of the direction of the centre layer. The picture may indicate same direction? It has a thicker centre ply.
The 5-ply Jaguar Leopard appears to be 6.8mm also (or perhaps 6.5? the page is ambiguous). The plies are equal thickness.
The Cheetah blade is said to be faster than the Leopard (makes sense right!). From the translated page, it is possibly said that the 5 ply equal thickness Leopard is more stable. It's hard to tell exactly the difference from the translation.

1) What do the blade experts here think the two blades will play like?

2) Which blade do you think will play better for me? Relevant info follows:
- I am a two wing attacker, mid level player known for strong attacks and accurate placement (esp FH)
- Current setup is Sanwei 75 inner with Tibhar Hybrid MK FH and Rakza 7 soft BH. I like this setup and it offers a good balance of control and offensive capability. This is I guess a solid off blade (but not off+). I can play slow spinny loopy or easily hit clean winners (loop drives) with this setup (even against advanced players) -> a blade in lower to solid off suits me, I think.
- I have tried a friends 3-ply (equel thickness) kiso hinoki blade (~7mm) of unknown origin. It was lower end of off range but had incredible control, particularly when blocking against opponent's attacks. It was very easy to loop/loop drive. I am looking for a blade having these qualities.
- I also have a Nittaku Septear 7-ply all hinoki blade that I bought after trying my friends all-hinoki blade. It was OK but a bit bouncy in the short game and my playing partners stated that my attacks were easier to block against.

Cheers, LLS
