Blade for short pimples backhand - 40+ ball

Hi folks

I know that question similar to this was asked around the internet million times.
Still, it seems that a lot of recommendations were from many years ago and we now have plastic 40+ ball.
What would be the current blade recommendation for short pips backhand and inverted forehand?
Is still 7 ply all wood like Stiga Clipper and stiff carbon blades?
What about all new butterfly blades like Fan Zhendong ALC? Anyone using them for such style with success?

I've found that 7 ply is too slow if you're playing a speed type pimple, it may very well still work with a change type pimple.
I've ended up with one inner blade, one outer blade.
Both seem to work fine.
