Can you clean tacky / hybrid rubber with normal bat cleaner?? And how often to insure the durability and tackyness?

Yes. I often clean it a couple of times during practice and games. It's good to keep the dust away, otherwise it eats up your fine top sheet.

During practice and match, I use my breath and hand to wipe of any dust. After match I clean with destilled water with a small add of pure alcohol. Then 2 sheets of non tacky rubber protection on it and my H3s look still OK after 4 month.
The same I used on my Tronix ZGR last season and it was usually the sponge which was dead, before the rubber was unusable.
